What is an effective leader?
Effective leaders understand that no one size fits all when managing individuals. They must constantly facilitate competence and motivation factors that impact a staff member’s ability to effectively carry out his/her assigned tasks. In this session, you will learn to align your conversations to ensure clarity for each of your team members, assess the impact of your leadership style on others and adapt your leadership behaviors, and understand and use four styles of leadership to positively impact others’ behaviors. This session will provide you with an interactive learning environment using a variety of learning methods, including discussion, case studies, and videos.
