Leaders have empathy
Leadership is a choice, not a title! How you choose to lead impacts how people feel at work. Most leaders don’t pay enough attention to how staff are feeling or should be feeling. They underestimate how crucial emotions are to building the right team.
Participants will assess the feelings they want to create, and those they don’t want to create at work. We will also identify specific strategies that will help you build the right team environment and lead with empathy.
