Second Quarter 2026 (Q2 2026) invoices were sent out earlier this month. Your Q2 2026 deposit is due on or before April 30. If you have questions or concerns about your deposit, please email trustaccounting@501c.com.
First Quarter 2026 Payroll Reports Due
First Quarter 2026 (Q1 2026) payroll reports are due to the State on or before April 30. Please remember to send us a copy of the summary page.
We are actively collecting Third and Fourth Quarter 2025 (Q3-Q4 2025) payroll reports, which will be used for proposed deposit calculations.
If you receive a request from us for missing payroll, please act on it immediately and do not ignore this request. Send missing payroll quarters and questions to payrollcollect@501c.com.
Friendly Reminder:
Please respond promptly to 501’s requests for missing payroll reports, surety bond renewal paperwork, copies of UI bills, additional funds needed, etc. These requests are often time-sensitive and tied to state compliance deadlines.
Trust Customer Portal: Members can now: download reserve statements and deposit invoices, access HR Services resources, upload payroll reports, make deposits, and check balances. Click here to log in or contact us to activate your portal access.
Payroll summaries (Federal 941 preferred): Send to payrollcollect@501c.com or upload payroll summaries online. Please do not send other items to this inbox. Bill copies or questions must be directed to your Trust account representative or to trustaccounting@501c.com.
All other requests: Bill copies or questions should be directed to your Trust account representative, to trustaccounting@501c.com, or handled through the Trust Customer Portal.
Deposits: Our preferred method for receiving payments is via Easy Pay, as it is faster and easier to track than mailed checks. If you need additional information, please contact trustaccounting@501c.com. If mailing a check, please send it to the LockBox address below unless you are specifically instructed otherwise.

Electronic Invoice: To receive an electronic invoice, please send a request to trustaccounting@501c.com or log into the Trust Customer Portal. Be sure to include your Trust ID and the email address where you would like invoice sent.
