PROSIGHT INSURANCE BEGINS OFFERING NONPROFIT HR HOTLINE

By November 9, 2016No Comments

501(c) Services today announced that it is partnering with ProSight Specialty Insurance to add the Nonprofit HR Hotline to ProSight’s list of offerings for nonprofit insureds.

Aimed at helping nonprofit organizations mitigate risks, the Nonprofit HR Hotline is a confidential resource staffed by a professional team dedicated to delivering timely, state specific, confidential advice on human resources matters. In addition to gaining valuable access to knowledgeable and experienced HR professionals, the Nonprofit HR Hotline helps support long-term business growth with HR-related continued education (CE) credits and educational materials.

The Nonprofit HR Hotline currently serves more than 1,500 nonprofits from across the nation. It is a complementary resource available to all members of 501(c) Agencies Trust.

“Human resources services are both a need and a challenge for nonprofit organizations, regardless of size. The sheer scope and complexity of government regulations and employment issues prove to be significant obstacles to success and productivity, especially when you consider that the HR role is often assigned to someone who may be less experienced,” said Michelle Pray, niche president of consumer services for ProSight. “With the Nonprofit HR Hotline, we’ve created an effective and affordable program that helps address human resource concerns and improve employee engagement  through a confidential resource that delivers advice and answers to HR questions. It’s designed to help positively impact an organization’s bottom line, and can also mitigate against human resource risk that could lead to financial or legal jeopardy.”

Any nonprofit organization can subscribe to the program for only $99 a month with discounts available to certain national organizations.

About 501(c) Services

In 1982, 501(c) Services established the first trust in the country – 501(c) Agencies Trust (formerly known as Joint Unemployment Compensation Trust) – to offer a safe way for nonprofits to legally stop paying the state unemployment insurance tax while still covering unemployment charges for former employees.

With more than 35 years of experience working exclusively with nonprofit organizations, 501(c) Services helps nonprofits pay only for their own unemployment claims and provides claims management. Our success is due to our hands-on, full service approach, coordinated by a fully staffed in-house team.

We now offer a wide-range of programs for nonprofits including our Nonprofit HR Hotline, 501(c) Agencies Trust Group Retro Plan for Washington nonprofits, and the Boy Scouts of America Unemployment Plan. Visit us at 501c.com.
