501(c) Services Welcomes Michael McClay as Senior Business Development Manager

501(c) Services, a trusted partner to more than 3,000 nonprofits nationwide, is pleased to announce that Michael (Mike) McClay has joined the organization as Senior Business Development Manager. 

Mike brings more than 15 years of experience in insurance, workforce solutions, and nonprofit advisory services. Most recently, he served as Vice President at USI Insurance Services, where he specialized in designing client-focused property & casualty and human resource systems solutions. His career also includes senior roles at World Insurance Associates, TriNet, and Paychex, where he consistently delivered growth and helped organizations optimize their people and financial strategies. 

In his new role at 501(c) Services, Mike will focus on expanding the reach of the organization’s unemployment and HR services programs, building relationships with nonprofit leaders, and supporting organizations in managing risk and resources more effectively.

Mike is a graduate of Marist College and is known for his strengths in strategic planning, business development, and client engagement. His addition reflects 501(c) Services’ continued commitment to growing its programs and delivering exceptional value to nonprofit employers.
