We want to give you a heads-up about an upcoming change to how you send us deposits.
Comerica Bank, which has processed deposits sent to the Trust’s lockbox, was recently acquired by Fifth Third Bank. Starting August 8, 2026, deposits should no longer be mailed to the old lockbox address in Pasadena, please send them to our new lockbox instead. Checks sent to the old address will still be forwarded for a short time during the transition, but we recommend updating your records now.
This is also a good moment to skip the mail altogether. Easy Pay, our secure online payment platform, lets you submit deposits electronically instead of writing and mailing a check.
