By September 1, 2025No Comments

We are pleased to announce that Henry Kaufmann Campgrounds in New York has decided to outsource the management of their unemployment to 501(c) Services. With state unemployment insurance taxes (SUTA) increasing in dozens of states nationwide, now is an excellent time to consider alternatives. Reimbursing unemployment and managing the process with assistance from seasoned professionals guarantees compliance and accuracy while minimizing risk and expense.

Henry Kaufmann Campgrounds joins other nonprofits, like themselves, as part of 501(c) Agencies Trust – a group of SUTA reimbursors. 501(c) Agencies Trust participants each have a customized plan uniquely designed to be the best fit for their organization. They enjoy a robust suite of additional services that support their human resource and financial functions.

Since its establishment in 1953, Henry Kaufmann Campgrounds has striven to be the foremost location for Jewish day camping in the metropolitan New York region. They accomplish this by managing, maintaining, and operating more than 500 acres spread across three camp sites and by offering special programs to the summer camps operated by JCCs and YM-YWHAs throughout New York City, Long Island, and Rockland and Westchester Counties.

501(c) Services has more than 40 years of experience providing full-service unemployment management programs. Some of our programs are 501(c) Agencies Trust and 501(c) HR Services. We understand the importance of compliance and accuracy, and we are committed to providing our clients with customized plans that fit their needs. Please contact us today to see if your organization would benefit from our services, just like Henry Kaufmann Campgrounds!
