At 501(c) Services, we love a good recruitment video. Over the years we’ve seen a few good examples. We try and share a happy selection of the best. Since Sunday night was the premier of the seventh season of HBO’s “Game of Thrones,” we thought it would be a great time to share the recruitment video of the Costa Mesa Police Department.
“We’ve been continually looking for new recruits,” said Sgt. B. Le with Costa Mesa Police. “We’re always trying to be innovative in terms of recruitment and social media.”
The department’s training sergeant and public information officer teamed up to produce the minute-long video, which features drone footage and scenes of real officers in training. The simple clip is a perfect example that it does not take much to attract attention to your organization. It just takes a willingness to try a few ideas and not take yourself too seriously.
