The Brighton School of Business and Management has produced a new infographic containing what they feel may be the biggest workplace trends of the coming year.
Some of the more interesting items contained in their graphic are statistics like:
- 1 in 4 Millennials will become managers this year,
- the first members of Generation Z (b. 1994-2010) will enter the workforce,
- office space is shrinking and may continue to do so over the next twelve months, and
- Millennials are on the verge of creating a new “baby boom” meaning maternity leave is expected to remain a hot topic.
