Compliance Tips

  • Ensure payroll systems are updated by July 1, and for Florida by September 30.
  • For Oregon, track employee work locations across tiers.
  • For California healthcare facilities, apply correct tier ($24 or $18.63) and prepare for inflation indexing after 2026.
  • Don’t forget posting requirements and tipped-wage updates (e.g. DC tipped wage to $12/hr and $17.95 full)
