Before you begin uploading your Payroll Form, please note: While the IRS Form 941 is preferred, we are able to accept other forms as long as they include total gross wages. Please follow these steps:
- Have your Form 941 or other payroll document ready in one of the following formats:
- PDF, JPG, JPEG, or PNG
- Under 10MB in size
- Please do not include information other than your Form 941 or payroll document showing gross wages – remove any other pages or PII
- Click “Choose File” and select your Form 941 or document
- Navigate to and select (click on) the scanned Form 941 file or document file on your computer
- Click “Open”, which will select the file
- Then click the “Secure Upload” to upload the Form 941 or document.
