Over the past several years the Trust has been pleased to provide a complimentary membership benefit with NextJob job search packages for your separated employees. The program is designed to help save your organization money and spare your former employees weeks of frustration by helping them land jobs faster.
But, did you know? Being a Trust member also gives you priority consideration for an application to receive free use of NextJob’s Job Search Training Software and Job Club Curriculum to serve your at-risk clients in the area of Workforce Development.
NextJob’s Community Partner Program
The Community Partner Program empowers nonprofits with the following job search training tools:
- Access to the NextJob’s Online Platform – an online job search training system
- Training and tools on effective use of the NextJob training system for partners
- Job Club materials and training to enable community partners to host their own job club
- Access to monthly reports showing job seeker progress and use
- Invitations to Monthly Partner Best Practice Calls where partners can learn from an expert in the area of job search and share challenges and success with each other.
In addition to the program options listed above, a select number of Job Coaching Scholarships are made available in covered areas on an annual basis through funding provided by certain banks as part of their Community Reinvestment Act Programming.
Partners enrolled/using the program will have the opportunity to apply for these Job Coaching Scholarships as they are made available. Each scholarship includes 2 months of one-on-one coaching with a NextJob-certified job coach. (See job seeker video testimonial below for an example of how coaching can help.)
