Do 501(c) members like SHIELD?
We recently conducted a survey of the 501(c) Agencies Trust membership to see how their experience with SHIELD is progressing.
For the most part, members have had a positive experience with SHIELD. Also, plenty of members have requested some additional information and training on using the platform.
Therefore, 501 will hold a quarterly training on SHIELD Reports and Features. Our first session is October 6, 2022. Register for this first training here.

- Everything’s great, thanks for Asking! (53.8%)
- It took a minute, but I’m getting comfortable with the new team and process (37.7%)
- Not Good (8.5%)

How would you rank your skill level for navigating within the SHIELD portal?
- I’ve got it down (58.5%)
- It’s pretty user friendly, but I wouldn’t mind some additional training (34.9%)
- I’m lost, please help! (6.6%)
